Austin Cindric tops the first practice session for the Daytona 500

Practice session 1 is done at Daytona and the Blue Ovals are looking fast. Not a lot of drafting took place in today’s only practice session it was mostly single car runs as teams prepare for qualifying tonight. No major incidents took place but two cars did not set a time and those were Todd Gilliand and Michael McDowell. Let’s go ahead and take a look at results from the first session.
