Workman sweeps GSX headlined weekend at VIR

Westin Workman claims a weekend sweep at VIR, Workman was due to start on pole but a small spin on the formation lap dropped him from last to fifth starting spot. This gave the pole to Courtney Crone. By the time Workman had made to the esses he had already made his way through the field. This marked Workman’s second last to first drive of the year. In a caution free race Workman drove to a 30.983 second lead to second place Courtney Crone. Bronze class competitor Jon Brel finished in third overall also securing the bronze class victory aboard his KingPin Racing Toyota Supra.
