Workman returns to victory lane in VP race 1 at VIR

Rafa Racing’s Westin Workman returns to the top step of the podium in the GSX only race at VIR. Workman who sat the car on pole led all 22 laps of today first race of 2 this weekend. It marked Workman’s 8th victory of the season. The race saw a single full course yellow and ended the race under the safety car conditions due to Dan Ammann having a sizable crash. Workman took overall class honors with Caio Chavez coming home in second and Courtney Crone rounding out the podium.
