Current Aston Martin F1 driver Lance Stroll will make his GT3 and GT World Challenge debut in the 6 Hours of Paul Richard. Stroll will share the number 18 Aston Martin fielded by Comtoyou Racing with fellow rookies Roberto Mehri and Maria Boya in a one off fourth entry from the 2024 24 Hours of Spa winning squad. The trio will be competing in the pro class. This has been made possible for Lance Stroll by the cancellation of the Bahrain Grand Prix. Stroll is no stranger to endurance racing as he has made two starts in the Rolex 24 but they were both in prototype machinery. Roberto Mehri does bring GT experience to the table having competed in Super GT GT300 for the past three seasons. Prema F2 driver Boya is set to make his first sports car start. The 18 Aston Martin will form part of a 59 car grid for the GT World Challenge Europe season opener. The six hour race will take place on the 10th to 11th of April.
