Lamborghini receiving interest of the SC63

Lamborghini right is in talks about reconsidering the SC63 Hypercar pending on how Temerario goes with a debut slated for Sebring in March. It has been rumored Lamborghini has had six serious entries from multiple teams inquiring about the SC63. The program was not axed but simply put on a pause after the conclusion of last years Petit Le Mans. The manufacturer left the WEC at the conclusion of 2024 to focus on an endurance cup in IMSA and focus and development of the car. Right now team in both WEC and IMSA are inquiring about the car pending on if they are bringing the necessary budget. The main reason for passing the program was due to the development of the Temerario GT3 car. Lamborghini has said they plan to revisit the LMDH topic before making the decision for 2027 in supporting a team. Right now it is understood that Lamborghini has kept one of its SC63 based in the US following Petit Le Mans. While a second chassis went back to Europe. Could we see the return of the SC63 in the near future?
