Heart of Racing claims third consecutive GS class pole

Hannah Grisham secures three consecutive poles for the Heart of Racing team this weekend at Road America. Grisham layed down a best lap of a 2:14.505 in her Aston Martin to edge out Evan Slater aboard his KOHR Motorsports Ford Mustang by 0.042 seconds. This marked Grisham’s second career pole after taking pole at Watkins Glenn. The second practice session leader Ford Koch qualifies third aboard his Koch Copeland Motorsports Toyota, while Robert Noaker and Paul Holton round out the top five aboard there Ford Mustangs. In TCR the pole went to the 93 MMG Motorsports Honda of LP Montour this marks the manufacturers fourth consecutive pole and third straight for Montour. The number 5 KMW Motorsports Honda lineup second and Mason Fillipi brings it home third the best of the Hyundai’s. The Road America 120 gets underway tomorrow at 12:50pm central time.
