CrowdStrike overcomes adversity to win the LMP2 class

In a story of overcoming the odds and many heartbreaks CrowsStrike Racing by APR finally gets there victory at the Rolex 24. In a race that started spun off in turn 1 lap 1 this team fought to the very end and won with around a seven second gap to second place. Alex Quinn steered the car to the class victory. In a race that was dominated by AO Racing’s Spike. Spike was running an alternate strategy the final caution for the Ford Mustang resulted in a strategy reset. The pair of Polish Racing cars were unable to challenge the CrowdStrike Racing team. The 43 that started on pole brought it home second while the 043 came home in third. Defending winners the 22 United AutoSports came home fourth while Spike brought it home in fifth. The 83 AF Corse retired with crash damage while the Pratt Miller and TDS retired in the final hours on Sunday.
