Could we see Kevin Estre leave the German manufacturer Porsche and make a move over to Toyota for 2027 well the option sounds likely due to Porsche moving out of FIA WEC competition. If the move happens he will likely take over for British racer Mike Conway. This deal sounds to be a loan deal for 2027. Estre was asked about this rumor at Long Beach stating he expects to remain a Porsche driver in 2027. Conway’s role at Toyota has been under speculation for some time but with the 2026 updates have played a role to maintain the current lineup for this season. While the Conway has been approached by Ford for 2027 in the Hypercar class. Esteban Masson is also a possible replacement for 2027. Toyota is right now known to be pushing for Ryo Hirakawa to land a F1 seat with Haas in 2027. While Brendon Hartley place within the team is also not regarded as being completely secure for 2027.
