Turner Motorsports takes a chaotic victory at Sebring

Robby Foley and Justin Rothberg take victory as heartbreak hits the JMF Mercedes in the final hour of the race. Foley took control of the Turner BMW with a sizable margin over the Dolahite Mustang of 7.9 seconds. Foley was able to send off a hard charge from Cameron Lawerence of the Dolahite Mustang when the race resumed with 45 minutes left of the three hours seeing only one full course yellow. Frederik Schandorff came home in third driving the 12 AF Corse USA Ferrari. The pair engaged into a tense battle for position that came down to the last corner of the last lap seeing the Mustang taking second overall. This is significant seeing that the Mustang got very few laps before the race due to a heavy crash in practice. The pole sitting JMF Mercedes led the race from the start. Michai Stevens stopped the car on track in the final hour with a suspected oil leak. The 34 car held a gap of over seconds to the 29 before the 34 caused the full course yellow.
