Maxson rebounds and takes race 2 victory at the Glenn

Tyler Maxson scores his fourth victory of the season, finishing 6.620 seconds ahead of race 1 winner Janne Stiack. The victory came after in race 1 where Maxson was forced to pit from the lead due to a tire puncture. Most of the 40 minute race 2 was ran behind the safety car due to Rob Walker having a hard impact at the bus stop. Walker was able to climb out the car under his own power however it resulted in lengthy barrier repairs. At the time of caution Maxson has a nearly three second lead. Callum Hedge completed the overall podium. A fierce fight took place between Jared Thomas and Aaron Jeansome for fourth seeing it go the way seeing it go to Jeansome. Thomas was handed a ten second post race time penalty for failure to leave racing room on the restart to Cole Kleck. It dropped Thomas from fourth to sixth in the final running order.
