
Alex Palou storms to a second Indy 500 pole

In a condensed a day of qualifying Indycar set the field of 33 cars for next week’s 110th running of the Indianapolis 500. For the first time since 2010 that defending winner of the 500 returns to take pole Alex Palou retains pole at Indy. Palou layed down a 4 lap average of 232.248 miles per hour and was the only driver to dip into the 232 mph range. The lineup for next week’s 500 mile race as follows:
