Tunjo was able to build off of his experience from last year which resulted in a victory in similar conditions. While Tunjo led flag fo flag it was not made easy for him. Tunjo had to hold off a hard charge from teammate Danny Soufi who closed a 6 second gap down to 2 seconds in the final 15 minutes. Gebhardt took its first 1-2 finish. Since Road Atlanta in October. Danny Soufi claimed his best finish and Travis Hill took his first podium of the season as well as winning the bronze class.
